1. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. SHIPPING METHODS
We ship via major domestic carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Expedited options may be available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by us or the carrier.
3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
4. DISCREET PACKAGING
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents or to this business on the exterior of the package.
5. TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to the address on file when your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.
6. TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS
Some research compounds require cold-chain shipping. Where applicable, orders are packed with appropriate insulation. Once in transit, we cannot control carrier handling and accept no liability for product degradation caused by carrier storage conditions.
7. RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that ordered products can be legally received at their delivery address. We are not responsible for packages seized or delayed by regulatory or customs authorities.
